Terms of Service

GENERAL
• Artist reserves the right to accept/decline any work as I see fit, at any point.
• Clients must be 18+ regardless of product type.
• Please communicate clearly and in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in your commission being placed back into the queue or canceled.
• Unless work is for a design/ref sheet I will require a reference for your character.
• Absolutely NO AI!!PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
• 100% upfront payment preferred.
• Prices are subject to change based on character complexity, special requests, backgrounds or other factors.
• Refunds depend on project status and the stage of your request. If work has begun on your project I will charge 25% (or more depending on the stage) before issuing the refunding the remainder. • Once work has been completed I will not issue a refund.
• Full refund if I must cancel your request for any reason.REVISIONS
• Revisions requested after delivery may incur an additional feeDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Work is typically finished in 2-3 weeks, but could take up to 2 months.
• Timelines must be explicitly communicated if you have a due date!! I may reject a project if there are tight time constraints.
• Rush orders, if accepted, may incur an additional fee of up to 50%.USE
• Client may share, post and print work for their own personal use (with credit).
• Client may NOT use finished work commercially.
• Completed work may be used by the artist for promotional, portfolio or social media purposes.
• If there is an explicit reason you would not like your work posted it must be communicated clearly.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Artist maintains all rights to completed work.COMMUNICATION
